Wild River photography offer timeless Cake Smash session in my Ormeau Hills Studio.
Cake smash sessions are so much fun, your little one will have a blast smashing cake and capturing those cheeky smiles that make the best memories in years to come.
Studio sessions are generally for smaller families and are held in my beautiful studio space in my home on the Gold Coast which has a lovely warm and inviting atmosphere.
My studio is clean, covid safe and warm.
The advantage of the studio is the perfect lighting all year round plus no need to worry about the weather.
Cake smash studio session are between 10am-1pm Monday – Friday.
Sessions last between 30-40 minutes
I have everything covered unless there is a particular style or colour you are wanting.
Sometimes the children can feel a little overwhelmed with a new environment and big studio lights next to them, so I encourage parents to be involved in the cake smash, sit close by for comfort, dance and jump around to make your child laugh. If your child loves certain music or a toy definitely bring that along.
I am happy to provide a cake to match the style of the Cake Smash, however if you are wanting a themed cake or something in particular I know an amazing cake lady I can recommend. If your child has food allergies, I would ask that you please provide the cake.
I have a selection of children’s clothes all neutral colours to suit my classic, timeless style. If you have something you want your child to wear, please bring it along.
I will send you a questionnaire asking you for more information on which colours you would like for the cake smash session so that I can have this ready for when you arrive.
During the session we will do some lightly posed images and candid images. I try to let your child just do their thing, if they need a little encouragement we can give a helping hand.
Parents & siblings are welcome in the images.
